Analytics
Report across the whole business: the reports library, running a report, and building your own.
Analytics is where the data from every other module becomes answers. It reads across sales, inventory, production, workforce, and finance so you can see how the business is performing without exporting anything.
It covers:
- Library is the catalog of available reports, grouped by area (Sales, Inventory, Production, Workforce, Financial). Open a report to run it against your live data.
- Viewer is where a report runs: you set its parameters, read the result, and export it if you need a copy.
- Builder is where you create a custom report, choosing what to measure and how to slice it.
How it works
Reports read the same records you work with elsewhere, so the numbers always match the source. A report you build yourself lives alongside the standard library so you can return to it.
The how-tos
- Run a report from the library and scope it with parameters. See Run a report.
- Build a custom report when the library does not have your answer. See Build a custom report.
- Export a report to PDF or print a copy. See Export a report.
Sharing and metrics catalog
Which metrics and dimensions are available, and who a custom report can be shared with, are governed by your organization's setup. Those details are in the in-app help center for signed-in customers.
Where to go next
- New to reporting? Start with the from-data-to-report overview.
- The data comes from every module; start with How work moves through Workcell to see what is being measured.
- For day-to-day operational views, most modules also have their own Overview dashboard. See Core.
