This Cookie Policy explains how WorkCell, Inc. (the "Company," "we," "us," and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website at workcell.ai (the "Website"). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.

What are cookies?

Why do we use cookies?
We use first- and third-party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our Website to operate, and we refer to these as "essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies. Other cookies let us understand how the Website is used so we can measure and improve it. This is described in more detail below.
We do not use cookies to serve advertising, and we do not sell the information our cookies collect.
How can I control cookies?
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can exercise your cookie rights by setting your preferences in the Cookie Consent Manager, which appears the first time you visit the Website. The Cookie Consent Manager lets you choose between "Accept All" and "Accept Required." Essential cookies and browser storage cannot be rejected, as they are strictly necessary to provide you with the Website.
Your choice is recorded in your browser under the cookie-consent key. Choosing "Accept All" allows Google Analytics to load. Choosing "Accept Required" prevents Google Analytics from loading. Our product analytics provider, PostHog, currently loads on every visit to the Website and is not gated by the Cookie Consent Manager.
If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our Website, though your access to some functionality may be restricted. You may also set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies. Clearing your browser storage for workcell.ai resets your choice and the banner will be shown again on your next visit.

Tool storage
Our free calculators and generators run entirely in your browser. The Shop Layout Planner saves your work locally so it survives a page refresh. This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.

Analytics cookies
These cookies collect information that is used either in aggregate form to help us understand how the Website is being used and how effective our marketing is, or to help us improve the Website. Analytics requests to PostHog are routed through the workcell.ai/ph path on our own domain before reaching PostHog's servers.

What about other tracking technologies, like web beacons?
Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. We may use other, similar technologies from time to time, like web beacons (sometimes called "tracking pixels" or "clear gifs"). These are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that enables us to recognize when someone has visited our Website or opened an email including them. This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within a website to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to the website from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, to improve site performance, and to measure the success of email campaigns. Do you serve targeted advertising?
No. We do not set advertising cookies on the Website and we do not allow third parties to serve advertising cookies through it. The analytics cookies described above are used to measure and improve the Website, not to build advertising audiences.
