How is WorkCell priced?
WorkCell uses flat monthly pricing. Each plan includes a block of users (25 on Starter, 100 on Professional, 250 on Scale, unlimited on Enterprise), and most shops never exceed it. If you need more seats, they are $25, $30, or $35 per user per month on Starter, Professional, and Scale, so shared kiosk and dashboard logins do not blow up your bill. Annual billing saves 20 percent versus paying monthly.
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes onboarding, data import help, product updates, and standard support. Higher tiers add capabilities like scheduling, traceability, the AI layer, and quality management, plus a dedicated CSM, SLA, and custom onboarding on Enterprise.
Can I change plans as we grow?
Yes. You can move up a tier at any time and the new capabilities turn on immediately. Plans are designed to follow a shop from getting off spreadsheets (Starter) through full production control (Professional), the AI layer and demand planning (Scale), to multi-site and regulated operations (Enterprise).
Is there a free trial?

Do you charge for integrations or the API?
The Professional plan and above include all integrations and API access at no extra cost. Today that means live Shopify and QuickBooks connections plus the REST API.
What if we have more users than our plan includes?
Starter, Professional, and Scale each include a block of users (25, 100, and 250) with additional seats at $25, $30, or $35 per user per month. Enterprise includes unlimited users, so for the largest shops the bill stays flat no matter how many people log in.
