How is WorkCell priced?
WorkCell uses flat monthly pricing with unlimited users on every plan. You pick the plan that matches how your shop runs, not how many people work there. Hiring a machinist, adding a kiosk on the floor, or giving your accountant a dashboard login never changes your bill. Annual billing saves 20 percent versus paying monthly.
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes unlimited users, product updates, and standard support. Core already includes multi-level BOMs, routings, production scheduling, job costing, shop floor data collection, and lot and serial traceability, so it is a real plan for running a job start to finish, not a stripped-down starter tier. Higher tiers add multi-location inventory, workforce scheduling, the AI layer, MRP, and quality management, plus company-wide accounting on Scale and a dedicated CSM, SLA, and custom onboarding on Enterprise.
Can I change plans as we grow?
Yes. You can move up a tier at any time and the new capabilities turn on immediately. Core runs a single site end to end, Professional adds multi-location inventory, workforce scheduling, MRP, quality management, and the AI scheduling and forecasting layer, Scale adds company-wide accounting and advanced analytics for shops running at volume, and Enterprise covers multi-site and regulated operations.
Is there a free trial?
Not a self-serve one. Get Started books a short call, and from there we set you up with an environment seeded with realistic manufacturing data so you can see WorkCell against your own workflows before you commit.
Do you charge for integrations or the API?
The Professional plan and above include all integrations and API access at no extra cost. Today that means live Shopify and QuickBooks connections plus the REST API.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. We do not price by seat, because charging for logins pushes shops into sharing accounts or leaving operators off the system entirely, and that puts holes in the job costing and traceability data you bought WorkCell for. Put everyone on it.
Why is there an implementation fee?
Importing your items, BOMs, and open orders, and configuring WorkCell around the way your shop already works is real work, so it is billed as a one-time fee rather than folded into the subscription: $2,500.00 for Core, $5,000.00 for Professional, $7,500.00 for Scale, and a scoped quote for Enterprise.
