Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan is unlimited users. Put the whole shop on it, including the floor.
What does implementation cover?
Data migration, integration setup, and training. It is quoted up front, not discovered later.
How long until we are live?
Most shops go live in one to three months, depending on headcount and how clean the item master is.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month or annual. Annual is the lower rate shown on each plan.
Can we move up a plan later?
Yes. Plans inherit, so moving up adds capability without changing how anything already works.
Do you replace our accounting system?
Not unless you want us to. We sync with QuickBooks and Xero, and the Scale plan adds a general ledger.
