OneDrive

OneDrive is personal storage, which is why the drawing an engineer just revised is invisible to the planner who needs it. The honest version of this connection is narrow: let someone pick a file out of their own OneDrive and attach it to an item, a job, or a lot in WorkCell, so the next person finds it on the record instead of asking for it. Once it is attached the file belongs to the job, not to one person's folder. If the shop keeps shared prints somewhere more permanent, the SharePoint page is the one to read.
