UPS
Right now someone reads the ship-to off a packing slip, keys it into a carrier website, and pastes the tracking number back by hand.
Shipping
WorkCell already picks, packs and ships. A shipment knows its order, its lines, its quantities and its ship-to address, and a Carrier record names UPS on it. What WorkCell does not do is talk to UPS. So the address gets read off a packing slip and typed into a browser, the label prints from there, and the tracking number comes back by copy and paste, or never comes back at all. A UPS connection closes that loop: the shipment hands over the ship-to and the parcel details, and the label and tracking number land on the order rather than in someone's inbox.
