Slack is where expediting actually happens. Somebody asks which job the cell should run next, and the answer comes from whoever has the best guess. The connection we intend to build pushes specific events into a channel you choose: a job that missed its scheduled finish, a nonconformance raised at inspection, a purchase order waiting on an approval that is holding material. The useful part is the return trip, approving or acknowledging from the message instead of opening the ERP to click one button. It is not a chat client inside WorkCell, and WorkCell is not trying to become where your shop talks.
