Outlook is where the work starts. An RFQ arrives as a PDF attachment, someone saves it to a desktop, and the quote gets built from a copy nobody else can see. The planned Microsoft 365 connection runs the other direction too: the order acknowledgement, the shipment notice, and the purchase order going out to a supplier leave WorkCell as mail from your own domain rather than from an address your customer does not recognize. Pairing a thread with the quote or order it concerns is the harder half, and the half worth building, because the next question about that job arrives by reply.
