WorkCell And QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online is Intuit's cloud bookkeeping system, and it is where most shops under a few hundred people already close the month. WorkCell does not replace it, it feeds it. An invoice raised against a sales order pushes across as a QuickBooks invoice, a purchase order receipt pushes across as a vendor bill, and the journal entries behind inventory moves, labor, and job costs post to accounts you map once. Payment and status come back the other direction, so WorkCell knows what has been settled. Your bookkeeper keeps working in QuickBooks while the floor keeps working in WorkCell, and the two agree.
